Via another blog, I found this link on Family Search that has a lot of links to forms that you may be able to use .RESEARCH FORMS AND RECORDS It seems to be pretty extensive and I have to peruse it further,.
The blog I found is FAMILY HISTORY WRITING I have to check the rest of her blog to see what other tidbit of advice she shares.
